You may not reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, teach, sublicense, modify, create derivative commercial materials from, or otherwise exploit the Content without prior written permission.
2. Intellectual Property and Brand Rights
Jeanette Lowry Academy, LLC, REinventME™ powered by PIVOT, and associated names, logos, course names, frameworks, graphics, and materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. 3. Educational Nature; No Professional Advice
The Site and Services provide education, coaching, general wellness information, and business-development information. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, tax, accounting, investment, or other licensed professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining advice from appropriately qualified professionals for your circumstances.
4. No Health or Medical Guarantees
Wellness information is educational only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Individual responses to nutrition, exercise, lifestyle, supplements, or wellness programs vary. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before making material changes, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or have concerns about your health.
5. No Earnings or Business Guarantees
Examples, testimonials, revenue figures, projections, case studies, or discussions of income are illustrative only and are not promises or guarantees. Business results depend on many factors, including experience, effort, skills, market conditions, customer demand, compliance, and other circumstances outside the Company’s control. You are responsible for evaluating your own business decisions and earning potential.
6. Purchases, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
Prices, payment schedules, cancellation rights, and refund terms for a specific product, program, event, or service are governed by the checkout page, order form, enrollment agreement, or written offer terms applicable to that purchase. If those terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific written purchase terms control.
7. Communications
Where you affirmatively provide contact information or opt in, you may receive transactional, educational, and marketing communications from the Company. Marketing emails will provide a method to unsubscribe. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
8. User Conduct and Community Standards
You agree not to misuse the Site or Services; interfere with security or operation; upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or malicious content; impersonate others; harvest personal information; share protected access credentials; or use Company communities to solicit, harass, spam, or violate the rights of others. The Company may restrict or terminate access for violations, subject to applicable law and any governing purchase agreement.
9. User Submissions
If you voluntarily submit comments, feedback, testimonials, photographs, videos, or other materials, ownership and usage rights will be governed by the permission or release you provide. The Company will not treat private coaching or community communications as marketing permission merely because they were shared with the Company.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may rely on or link to third-party platforms for hosting, payments, email, scheduling, analytics, social media, communities, product fulfillment, or other functions. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. The Company is not responsible for third-party outages, content, or practices except to the extent required by law.
