Building a Strong Support System for Women in Business
Why are women in the workforce and those home raising a family seeking a COMMUNITY (I call my TRIBE) of other like-minded women to grow with, learn from, gain support and encouragement from others…. because it is natural for women to nurture, be in service and care for others.
Being self-employed since 1990, I have relied on and thrive in my community of like-minded women for 34 years. I know building a collective TRIBE of big dreamers with strong work ethics and servant hearts has given everyone a voice, a shoulder to cry on when necessary and an authentic collective of women who focus on COLLABORATION rather than COMPETITION.
The common bond bringing my community together was around the health benefits gained from the products and the financial opportunity to earn part time, full time, or legacy recurring income.
In building my community, I am very intentional to make sure every woman knows they are part of a collective of other like-minded women ‘up to similar life goals,’ working within a business culture that supports mutual values, and the common good with end results that are uplifting for all.

I cannot imagine going through my divorce in 1999-2000 without my ‘support tribe’ who put their arms around the three of us and helped us navigate the personal challenges I didn’t know were in front of me. Members celebrate each other’s wins and provide strength during tough times.
